Daniels (Ex-Officio Member of the WAS Advisory Committee) and Lisa Welsh (WAS Communications Lead) in attendance. The Congress explored innovative approaches to sexual health, emphasizing an interprofessional, biopsychosocial model. | | | As Bianca Cassell, Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Witwatersrand, reflected: "To empower sexual pleasure, sexual justice, and sexual rights, the diversity of human experience along lines of race, class, gender identity, sexual orientation, sexual identity, attraction, desire, arousal, age, ability, neurodiversity, and many more must be understood in order to be an affirmative practitioner from any field." This event highlighted the importance of collaboration and innovation in addressing sexual health challenges, particularly within the African context. Here we share some photos from the Congress. | | | | Photos from the WAS Team at the SASHA Congress.
