Here's what goes into each feature:

Pitch → Selection
It starts with a story from a writer who's lived it. We choose bold, personal, often risky pieces that bigger platforms won't touch.
Editing
We collaborate closely to preserve the writer's voice, sharpen the story, and bring clarity — not censorship.
Design & Layout
We source original images or shoot them ourselves. We build layouts, write captions, create pull quotes, and make it feel unmistakably Salty.
Publication
Essays go live on our site, hit inboxes, and get sliced into carousels, reels, or infographics for social.

Right now, memberships help us cover our digital overhead — our email platform, website hosting, design tools, and software that keeps us running smoothly.
