Dear WAS Members and Friends,

Today, the world comes together to celebrate World Sexual Health Day 2025 under the theme: "Sexual Justice: What Can We Do?"

This is a moment to unite across regions, disciplines, and communities - raising our voices for a future where sexual health, rights, justice, and pleasure are realities for ALL.

A Message from the WAS President

On World Sexual Health Day 2025, hear directly from WAS President Faysal El Kak.

In his message, Faysal reminds us why sexual justice is at the heart of our global movement-and calls on each of us to make it a reality for all.

Watch his message and join us in amplifying the call for sexual health, rights, justice, and pleasure worldwide.

"We at the World Association for Sexual Health have placed sexual justice at the core of our global work and at the heart of our mandates and strategy because we strongly believe that sexual justice is a necessity for the realization of sexual health and sexual rights. And our work is not stopping here.

We are working together with global agencies, sister organizations, and all of you—our members and affiliates—to ensure no one is left behind. Sexual justice must not be a privilege for the few, but the right of everyone, everywhere, to enjoy sexual health, sexual pleasure, sexual justice, and be part of the movement globally."

— Faysal El Kak, WAS President
