Abstract submission deadline: July 1, 2024. | | | Congratulations to Dr. Venkatraman Chandra-Mouli on his PhD | | We are proud to congratulate Dr. Venkatraman Chandra-Mouli, WAS Gold Medal Award winner, on successfully defending his PhD in May. His thesis, titled "Scaling up, sustaining and enhancing school-based sexuality education programmes in resource-constrained and conservative contexts: Replicable lessons from positive-deviant countries," draws upon over ten years of work in the Human Reproduction Programme, housed in WHO's Department of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Research - and an entire career dedicated to public health! The public defense was a significant milestone and a testament to his dedication to advancing Sexual Health Education globally.
